Yes. There are two software add-ons available on any plan: Appointment Booking ($29/month per location, which also unlocks Client Profiles) and Full Inventory Management ($49/month per location). There's also AI Scalp Analysis ($39/month per location — includes 300 AI scans/month, then $0.20 per additional scan — with an optional $199 one-time AI Scalp Scan Camera). Each location that uses an add-on needs its own active subscription for it. Separately, we offer optional done-for-you services — CRM Implementation ($1,500 one-time) and Managed CRM ($249/month) — for businesses that want our team to build and run their customer automations. Everything else listed in your plan is included.
Appointment Booking includes 500 transactional SMS segments per booking-enabled location, per billing month — so 1 location = 500/month, 2 = 1,000, 3 = 1,500. Businesses that want hands-on assistance can optionally purchase services such as CRM Implementation ($1,500 one-time) or Managed CRM ($249/month) — these are optional professional services, not a required software setup fee. Your subscription rate stays the same for as long as your subscription is active.
