Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. Free Trial

Where offered, free trials let you evaluate the Services before paying. We will not charge you for a trial unless you choose a paid plan. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed per active location on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans are paid in advance for the year. Downgrades or location reductions take effect at renewal unless otherwise agreed.

6. Price Changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
