1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the iSpanify platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Services

iSpanify provides a business operating platform including tools for standard operating procedures, task management, training, human resources, performance tracking, audits, scheduling, and related features. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts may only be created and used by individuals aged 18 or older.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed per location on a monthly or annual basis as selected at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you and your team upload to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload Customer Data and that its use complies with applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other customers' data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content provided by iSpanify, are owned by iSpanify and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSpanify's aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
